Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swim Diapers (opened packages)
  • Smart Goggle (activated devices)
  • Electronics with broken seals

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Shipping Your Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchanges
