  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx ($12.95)
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS (for orders over $50)

Note: We ship globally except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary by destination.

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our competition-ready customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and our warehouse address.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely including all original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Pro Tip: Use a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
